We want you to feel that you have been treated well by people who really care about you.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product or service from us, and you want to return it or get a refund, we want to make that easy for you. With that in mind, here are the simple rules:


  • TANGIBLE PRODUCTS must be returned in their original condition, unless they were defective or were damaged when you received them.If these requirements are met, and no more than 90 days have passed since you purchased the items you are returning, a refund will be issued without question. Refunds will always be issued in the same manner as payment was received (for example: payment by debit card will result in a refund by debit card, less shipping costs). We will notify you by email when the products you return are received by us. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your refund after you have been notified that the products have arrived at our facility.

  • BULK SALES for class memberships are not refundable.

  • DOWNLOADS cannot be returned unless they are deemed inherently defective and unusable. You must verify the compatibility of your system before buying downloadable items. Incompatibility with your system is not an acceptable reason for a refund.

  • EVENT PASSES to any Meerkat Live Events are transferable but not refundable. Any event pass transfer not expressly authorized by Meerkat is VOID. In the event you purchased a pass and cannot attend the event, please contact Meerkat at Your payment will be credited toward the purchase of a live event pass for another Meerkat Live Event.

  • REGISTRATION FEES for any Meerkat event such as Hopes and Dreams, Meerkat Boot camp and Little Hands Helping are unique to each of those events. Please contact Meerkat at directly to learn of our refund/cancellation policy for each event.

  • SUBSCRIPTION FEES can be refunded for up to 30 days from the date of the most recent charge.




Cookies. We may use cookies on the Site to: (1) keep track of the Services you have used; (2) record registration information regarding your login name and password; (3) record your user preferences; (4) keep you logged into the Site; and (5) facilitate purchase procedures. We also use cookies to track the pages that you visit during each session, both to help us improve your experience and to help us understand how the Site is being used. We analyze and disclose in aggregated form information gathered using cookies, so as to help us, our partners and others better understand how the Site and the Services are being used. We do not attempt to link information gathered using cookies to your Personal Information. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. Upon your request, we will deactivate or delete your account and Personal Information from our active databases. Such Personal Information will be deactivated or deleted as soon as practicable based on your account activity and in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. Protection of Children's Information

It is our intention to make this Website a safe environment on the Internet for children, youth, and adults to explore volunteering and community service projects Meerkat is involved in.
In compliance with The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Meerkat endeavors to make sure that all parents/guardians are informed about how we collect, use, and disclose any and all personal information collected from children under the age of 13. Meerkat works to ensure that it receives consent from all parents and guardians before sharing testimonies of how children are making a difference in the world on our Website(s). Children of all ages may view and explore the Website without submitting any personal information.  Parental Consent will be obtained before a Child's testimony, photo or video clip sharing their testimony on our website and social media accounts, displaying only a child's first name and testimony of their service project as summarized and approved by parents or legal guardians. Parents/guardians take full responsibility for anything that happens while using our materials. Children and teens under 18 years old promise to get guardian's permission before carrying out any service project. Parents/guardians/children promise to use this site to increase and improve youth service in the world. Parents/guardians will get the permission of all individuals in a photo or video before sharing it with us and giving us permission to use it. You will follow our brand guidelines when using our brand and get permission from us before using it. Anything you share on our site must be authentic and original. No lying about numbers, no copyright infringement, no plagiarizing. You can share our content on social media, but you may not tamper with any materials, and you must always give Meerkat credit.



California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of Personal Information that was shared, and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared Personal Information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
